Refund and Returns Policy

At Asian Label Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver high-quality garment labeling products that meet your exact requirements. However, if there is an issue, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product does not match the approved sample or design.

  • You received the wrong product or quantity.

If your order meets these conditions, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued:

  • After we inspect the returned item(s) and confirm the issue.

  • If the product cannot be reprinted or replaced.

Refunds may take 15–25 business days to process and will be sent via your original payment method or as agreed.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all our labels are custom printed, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after approval.

  • Incorrect information submitted during order.

  • Color variations within industry-accepted limits.
