Refund and Returns Policy
At Asian Label Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver high-quality garment labeling products that meet your exact requirements. However, if there is an issue, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged or defective.

The product does not match the approved sample or design.

You received the wrong product or quantity.
If your order meets these conditions, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued:

After we inspect the returned item(s) and confirm the issue.

If the product cannot be reprinted or replaced.
Refunds may take 15–25 business days to process and will be sent via your original payment method or as agreed.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all our labels are custom printed, we do not accept returns for:
